The key to Ndex's success is the rigor and redundancy built
into our development process. Within each of the four phases illustrated below, we run
numerous iterations. This allows the client to confirm that our solution meets their immediate needs.
Since our system is designed for continuous feedback and confirmation, we minimize time to completion
and maximize customer satisfaction.
Phase 1 - Inception
Our process starts with Requirements definition and Analysis of those requirements. Getting off on the
right foot at this stage is critical to the success of the entire project, so we work hard to verify client needs and expectations.
Phase 2 - Elaboration
Analysis becomes more important and Design enters the picture in a significant way. While building out a prototype,
we continue to check back with the client to ensure their requirements are being met.
Phase 3 - Construction
Design and Implementation become more important while Analysis is done only to confirm that completed work meets the client's needs.
Later in the phase, we initiate Implementation and Testing so that the users in the client organization can start out ahead of the learning curve.
Phase 4 - Execution
Focus in the final phase is on Testing and Implementation. We are especially concerned about the client's ability to fully utilize the
value-adding features of the final product. So we educate them towards that end.
